We recognize that this is not exactly how you expected this year to go, and that you've had to make some sacrifices. We want you to know that we will continue to support you through these challenging times. Primarily, we would like you to know that your home will be open and available to you throughout your lease agreement. We encourage you to listen to the appropriate authorities and take precautions to keep your house healthy and safe.
Our new normal will look different from previous years, but we will continue to work hard every day to provide essential services to our residents. We will be taking more precautions company-wide such as increased cleaning of common areas and placing occupancy limits on shared amenity spaces, as recommended by health officials.
