The name "Walk2Campus Properties" means W2C Holdings, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, its affiliates, and the residential student housing properties owned and/or operated by any of them. By accessing or using any features on www.walk2campus.com or a campus specific Walk2Campus Properties property website (any being a "Website" and, collectively, the "Websites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. When used herein, "we", "our" or "us" means W2C Holdings, LLC, together with its affiliates. As we reserve the right to modify or change these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time, we recommend that you read these terms carefully each time you use any of the Websites. Privacy

In conducting business, we take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of our applicants, residents, prospective residents, lease guarantors, and Website visitors. We collect personal information only for reasonable business purposes, and we do not sell or distribute the personal information of our applicants, residents, lease guarantors, or Website visitors, except that information may be shared by us for reasonable business purposes as outlined below. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of the information we collect and the ways in which we will protect and use that information.

Use of Personal Information

To be considered for residency at a property, applicants (and lease guarantors) must provide some personal information to us. This information will be used by us to identify and consider the applicant for residency, to verify information provided to us by the applicant or guarantor, and to contact the resident and/or the resident's guarantor(s). We may also request contact information from prospective applicants who visit or call one of our properties. This information may be used to contact the prospective residents, or to inform them of news or promotions. Any personal information you submit to one of our properties will only be used to conduct official business. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to unrelated third parties or telemarketers. The information you submit to one of our properties may be accessed by the property manager for the property, and by us. It may also be disclosed by us to a credit bureau or investigative agency as a part of the application process, for purposes of credit verification, or to a collection agency in the event of a lease or guaranty default. If law enforcement officials request information, we may, without your consent, provide such information to them. When ordered to do so by a court or other judicial body, we may also provide and disclose such information without your consent. In matters involving a danger to personal or public safety, we may voluntarily provide information to appropriate government authorities.

E-commerce

Some lease applicants may choose to apply for residency online and to pay any applicable application or other fees online. From time to time, the Websites may also allow residents to pay their rent online. E-commerce information is encrypted and securely transmitted via SSL or equivalent technology. These transactions are processed by third parties and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Cookies

Some or all of the Websites may use cookies. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the website's or service providers' systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
