The Arch, formerly known as Coastal Club, has finally found its long term owners. Walk2Campus has been operating in the Conway market since 2011 and acquired the Arch in October 2022. The Arch offers community living with a large pool, fitness center, basketball court, dog park, and study rooms. Walk2Campus plans to add a privacy fence around the property, upgrade the Resident Clubhouse, improve the grounds, and add package lockers to the amenity offerings.
